Scheana Marie Purchases $725,000 House! Read All About the Vanderpump Rules Star's Gorgeous New Home

Scheana Marie is the proud owner of a new home in Palm Springs, California.

After a number of her Vanderpump Rules co-stars, including Tom Sandoval, Ariana Madix, Katie Maloney, and Tom Schwartz relocated from West Hollywood to The Valley, Scheana has dropped $725,000 on a 1,972 sq. ft. vacation property.

Built in 2015, Scheana’s new 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is located on a golf course and boasts a stunning view of the greens, as well as a nearby mountain range. It also features an open floor plan and its sliding glass doors provides a seamless indoor/outdoor living space.

Inside of the home, soaring ceilings, a chef’s kitchen, and a fireplace can be found and in Scheana’s master suite, she’ll be storing clothes in a walk-in closet and bathing in a 12-foot shower. Outside are a pool and spa, which are located alongside a covered patio and large fire pit.

Scheana, 33, also spoke about her new home on Twitter when she was forced to defend her finances to a fan who seemed to think she was living beyond her means.

“A: how do you know how much money we all have!? B: blowing thru it by making an investment that most ppl can’t ever do? You’re so right. How dumb of us. C: Do you seriously think we all are ONLY servers!? lol.”

Following the news of Scheana’s home purchase, her mother, Erika Van Olphen, confirmed her daughter now has two homes, including a waterfront apartment in Marina Del Ray, which she rents.

“She will still keep her primary residence at the beach where she currently lives and this will be a home she can go to anytime she wants,” Erika explained.

The Vanderpump Rules season seven reunion begins airing Monday at 9 p.m. on Bravo TV.
