Dina Manzo and her husband, Dave Cantin, are selling their modern farmhouse in Orange County.
Months after the former Real Housewives of New Jersey star confirmed their secret marriage, the couple has listed their stunning five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom San Juan Capistrano home for $3.495 million.
According to the home’s listing, Dina and Dave’s 4,408-square-foot property is located on a cul-de-sac in The Oaks Farms neighborhood, and it’s one of just 32 semi-customs homes.
Inside the home, a number of high-end features can be found amid the superior construction and design, including Carrara marble borders, a bold chef’s kitchen, custom built-ins, and wainscoting.
Outside of Dina and Dave’s home, a complete outdoor kitchen can be found as the interior opens to the outdoors through stacked accordion sliders.
In August of last year, Dina said she and Dave were planning a small wedding, and she revealed that they would not announce their marriage until afterward.
“You’ll learn about it after. Our life is a honeymoon… We are definitely in the honeymoon phase,” she gushed to Jeff Lewis on his radio show.
