Jennifer Aydin Dishes on Teresa Giudice 'Losing It' During Filming on New RHONJ Season, Talks "Explosive" Season

Jennifer Aydin is opening up about what fans can expect from the upcoming 10th season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

During a new interview, Jennifer teased the “crazy” and “explosive” new episodes before revealing longtime cast member Teresa Giudice “lost it” during filming earlier this year. She also offered an update on how Teresa’s been coping with her husband Joe Giudice‘s impending deportation.

“Basically, it’s a crazy season,” Jennifer told Hollywood Life on July 26, adding that she was more “vocal” with her opinions than she was during her debut season last year.

“You know, I know like people have such a crazy perception of this whole franchise. But let me tell you something, this s**t was real and it hit the fan and I got goose bumps,” she continued. “Everyone is going to get goose bumps [because of] what happened so organically and unexpected[ly].”

According to Jennifer, Teresa channeled her former self during filming. At one point, she “lost it.”

“You’re going to see the old Teresa back, because she lost it,” Jennifer explained, noting that Teresa’s outburst was warranted. “You guys are going to have to watch and see what the explosives are all about, because it’s explosive.”

While Jennifer didn’t confirm or deny an April report which suggested Danielle Staub had accidentally lit Margaret Josephs‘ purse on fire as they filmed season 10, she did say fans would see her feelings about Danielle will “unfold on the show.”

As for how Teresa has been holding up since her husband Joe’s deportation appeal was denied, Jennifer said she’s “doing as well as to be expected.”

“I mean, she doesn’t like to talk about it too much only because she’s not supposed to and she doesn’t want to jinx anything,” Jennifer explains. “So I’m just kind of letting her be her and, honestly, she’s been down at the shore. I’ve been extremely busy trying to plan my brother’s wedding from here and help my mother move into her new house. I haven’t had a chance to communicate with her as much as I would like.”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 10 is expected to air later this year on Bravo TV.
