Vanderpump Rules star Jax Taylor has been spotted twice without his wedding ring just two months after marrying costar Brittany Cartwright. Is the couple already experiencing marital woes?
Fans were left scratching their heads after the Bravo star was photographed sans his ring. First, he was spotted without his ring last Friday, August 23, just under two months after he married his Vanderpump Rules costar Brittany in a lavish celebration in Kentucky.
The 40-year-old Bravo star was seen in Los Angeles riding around on his red ice chest scooter, looking particularly unhappy and unloading items from a U-haul without a wedding band in sight.

Jax was also spotted again this week on August 27 without his ring for a second time. However, a source is insisting it’s not a big deal, stating Jax ditched his ring last Friday only because he didn’t want to damage it while moving items out of the moving truck — after all, the eternity band is covered in two carats’ worth of white diamonds.
“Jax and Brittany are actually doing better than ever. Marriage has brought them even closer together and they’re confused why people are making such a big deal out of Jax being spotted without his ring,” a source dished to Hollywood Life. He was out doing things and working out and just forgot to put it on and people are turning it into something it’s not. It means absolutely nothing and they find it laughable.”
While things seem to be going well these days for the new homeowners, there’s still plenty of trouble on the friend front — well, for Jax, that is.
“Filming was really stressful this year not just for them, but the entire cast, and Brittany is really standing by Jax and supporting him even with his recent fall out with [Tom] Sandoval and Ariana [Madix],” the insider revealed. “It’s hard for Brittany because she loves Sandoval and Ariana and is trying her best to stay out of it, but she’s supporting Jax. It hasn’t been easy for him.”
Rumors spread that Jax was unfollowing many of his castmates on social media, including Ariana, Tom, and Scheana Marie. Kristin Doute, who was also grouped into the friends the reality star allegedly unfollowed, recently revealed in a Twitter post that Jax was the one who blocked her.
The reality star was also caught in hot water with former Vanderpump Rules castmember Billie Lee, who called the Bravo-lebrity “an awful person.” Jax has allegedly offended Billy on multiple occasions and continues to lash out at her in the press.
Season 8 of Vanderpump Rules is set to air on Bravo TV sometime later this year.
