Was Erika Jayne fired or demoted from her role on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills?
Following confirmation of the series’ two new cast members, Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke, a rumor began swirling that Erika may have not been included in the full-time cast lineup for season 10, and that she had reportedly deleted a mention of the series in her Instagram bio.
First, the Real Housewives Franchise Instagram page pointed out that Erika’s name was absent from a now-deleted announcement from Bravo TV about season 10, and wondered if it was “proof that Erika Jayne will not be returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for season 10?”
The deleted Bravo statement left out Erika’s name when mentioning the current cast members of the RHOBH.
It read: “Beauvais and Stracke will be joining existing castmembers Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Teddi Mellencamp, Dorit Kemsley and Denise Richards.” Below is a screenshot of the Instagram post.
After the post was shared, Erika offered a response to the news in the comments by posting laughing emojis, seemingly denying there was any truth to the report.
It should be noted that the post Erika responded to only mentioned a possible firing and not a possible demotion which is also a possibility.

As for the reports claiming Erika had removed her mention of RHOBH in her Instagram bio, there may not have been any comment about the show there to begin with.
Below is a cached screenshot of Erika’s Instagram page taken in May 2019. Even back then, as the ninth season of the RHOBH was airing, Erika did not have the show in her bio.
Erika, who has been faced with a number of legal issues over the past several months, was added to the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during the show’s sixth season. She has maintained a full-time position ever since.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 10 is currently in production, and it’s expected to premiere on Bravo TV sometime early next year.
