Second Bank Account of Dorit Kemsley's Husband PK Kemsley Facing Seizure Amid RHOBH Star's $1.2 Million Lawsuit

Dorit Kemsley’s husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley, could soon have another bank account of his seized.

After the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband was questioned about his overseas account during a recent court hearing, PK is preparing to head back to court for yet another hearing later this month. During the hearing, he will continue to fight back against Nicos Kirzis, who sued him for $1.2 million over a year ago.

According to a September 19 report from The Blast, the judge spoke to PK and Nicos about PK’s overseas bank account during the recent hearing but didn’t make a decision in regard to whether or not Nicos should be able to seize the money. Instead, he asked for additional information about the account.

News of the potential seizing of PK’s bank account comes just over a week after Dorit was forced to hand nearly $30,000 over to Nicos after her City National Bank account, which also had PK’s name on it, was frozen in July. While Dorit attempted to prevent Nicos from getting his hands on the money, claiming her husband hadn’t contributed to it at all, the judge ruled against her and allowed Nicos access to the account.

Amid their court battle, Nicos submitted court documents against PK, slamming him for failing to pay back the $1.2 million he owed to him, all while flaunting his flashy lifestyle on RHOBH.

“Despite living in a multi-million dollar mansion and being featured on a show highlighting his and his wife’s wealth and opulent lifestyle, Mr. Kemsley steadfastly refuses to pay his debts,” Nicos wrote in documents shared with Reality Blurb by The Real Housewife of the Westside’ podcast.

In his case against PK, Nicos said that while PK did make a payment of $250,000, that only covered the interest that has built up in the years since the loan was given to PK in 2011.

Meanwhile, PK filed documents in which he claimed that he does not owe Nicos any money because the debt was washed clean when he filed for bankruptcy in the UK in 2011.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will return to Bravo TV for season 10 next year.
