Where do Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Margaret Josephs and Teresa Giudice stand following their tension at the reunion?
In a new interview, Margaret touched on her relationship with Teresa today and how she was “annoyed’ with Jennifer Aydin at the reunion.
“[Teresa] and I went away the day after the reunion together, we were holding hands the entire time,” Margaret told Bravo’s The Daily Dish podcast. “We were emotional. We saw each other at the airport the next morning we were flying to Canada, we were both teary-eyed — it was rough, that was a hard time for us. And we had spent time together after that.”
Margaret explained how the women are “good” now and that even after the hair-pulling scandal that happened this season which later showed that Teresa encouraged Danielle Staub to pull Margaret’s hair, she believes Teresa is sincerely sorry.
“She was very apologetic. Some people were like, ‘Oh, it’s not sincere’ — it was sincere. I know Teresa,” she stated. “She was quite up in the moment that day. They showed that she did see [the video] and everybody was very [going at it], it was so bad. I forgive her, I believe she was truly sorry and we’ve been great.”
Margaret also spoke about Jennifer, who she sparred with a bit at the reunion. Did she think Jennifer went overboard?
“She would not let anybody get a word in edgewise! I don’t know exactly what she was thinking,” Margaret shared. “I had to tell her to “shut it” about 27 times. She was obviously not paid attention to enough as a child, I don’t know what it is! She needs a lot of attention. I think everybody was annoyed. Everybody was annoyed by it. I would say — she’s like my bratty little sister.”
Margaret stated how she thinks Jennifer is actually “a good person” and that she happens to like her, but her answering for everyone at the reunion was too much for her taste.
“Like I said to her, ‘Read the room.’ And she’s like, ‘Well, people roll their eyes at you.’ I was like, I’m not saying they don’t, but I can read a room. I know when to speak and when not to,” she stated.
