It’s official! Leah McSweeney will be returning for a second season of The Real Housewives of New York City.

Just under a week after it was reported that Leah may not be back for season 13 after receiving a low-ball offer for the new episodes, the Married to the Mob founder took to her Instagram page to confirm that after signing with a new agency, she was headed back to the Bravo reality series.

“Let’s see if they can negotiate for a real raise!” writer and producer Benjamin O’Keefe wrote in the comments section of her announcement about WME.

“I’m comin back. My work here isn’t done yet!” Leah replied, along with a red heart emoji.

Leah McSweeney Confirms RHONY Return

Last week, a TMZ report claimed Bravo had approached Leah about a season 13 role on RHONY with an offer that wasn’t much different than her salary for season 12, which included $3,000 payments for each episode for a total of about $60,000.

A short time later, it was reported that filming on the new episodes could begin without Leah as she allegedly attempted to strong arm Bravo into doubling her salary.

“Leah is trying to strong arm them into paying her double, putting her on the same money level as old timers [LuAnn de Lesseps] and [Sonja [Morgan]. However, Bravo is not budging. They are starting to film without Leah and think she will back down after a few weeks of them not needing her,” the source stated to OK! Magazine.

Following Leah’s confirmation regarding season 13, a number of her fans and followers weighed in.

“Phew!! If we lost you too I’d just give up on 2020. You are truly the REALEST !!!” one person wrote.

“So happy to hear that! Truly fantastic first year! You’ve helped a lot of us through this sh*tty quarantine!” another said.

“So glad to hear it!” added a third.
