'RHOBH' Lisa Rinna Suggests Erika Jayne Will Discuss Divorce and Legal Drama on New Season and Responds to Backlash Over Stimulus Post, Plus Kyle Admits to Feeling "Helpless" Amid Pandemic

Lisa Rinna seemed to confirm that Erika Jayne will be discussing her divorce from Thomas Girardi, and the legal drama they’ve faced, on the upcoming 11th season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Instagram over the weekend.

After one of Erika’s confessional looks was shared by a Bravo fanpage, Lisa shared a cryptic message in a comment while also reacting to the backlash she received on her own page after requesting Congress pass a relief package so people can “feed their families.”

“Is this Erika Jayne or Erika Girardi in this confessional?” Queens of Bravo asked on Instagram on December 12.

“You better believe she’s going to talk about it,” Lisa teasingly replied.

Around the same time, Lisa posted a message on her Instagram page that quickly garnered backlash from her fans and followers.

“We need the congress to pass some kind of relief package now!” her message read. “Please come together and pass something so people can feed their families and pay their rent.”

“Come together,” Lisa added in the caption.

While the RHOBH cast member surely meant well when she shared the post, some seemed to believe she is far too privileged to understand the challenges faced by the average person amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

“Says a multimillionaire,” one woman said.

“It has to start somewhere and I worked my a** off to get where I am Karen,” Lisa replied.

Lisa’s co-star and friend, Kyle Richards, also reacted to the backlash she received by suggesting that Lisa shouldn’t be shamed for simply using her platform to promote a positive change.

“What does that have to do with anything? She is using her voice to speak up and try to help. We all feel helpless right now,” Kyle admitted.

Then, after being confronted about her own comment by a fan who said she was far from “helpless,” Kyle explained what she meant.

“Helpless as to what to do about what’s happening,” she shared.
