Teresa Giudice unveils her new, sentimental tattoo as Joe Giudice admits he must respect his ex’s relationship with Luis Ruelas.
Teresa took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday to show off her new ink. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star shared a video of herself getting the words “Sempre Insieme” permanently written on her rib cage, and she can also be heard reciting the phrase before telling the tattoo artist she “needs a break.”
As it turns out, the 48-year-old’s new ink is actually a sweet tribute to her mom, Antonia Gorga, who passed away on March 3, 2017, and the Italian saying translates to “Always Together” in English.
Teresa used the same words in an Instagram post last week as she paid tribute to her late mother.
“I miss you so much Mommy,” she wrote, sharing photos of her mom throughout the years, adding, “not a day goes by that I do not think of you ❤️???? #mommy #love #333 #sempreinsieme ????”
As fans know, Antonia appeared on the show on many occasions and Teresa was devastated when she passed. The star also lost her father, Giacinto Gorga, in April 2020.
It seems the star has been trying to stay busy and keep her spirits up as she just returned to the Garden State after enjoying a romantic vacation with Luis in Mexico. Following the trip, and the many photos she posted with her new beau, her ex-husband, Joe, also took to Instagram to pay tribute to the women in his life.
In honor of International Women’s Day on March 8, he posted a collage that featured photos of the four daughters he shares with Teresa: Gia Giudice, 20, Gabriella, 17, Milania, 15, and Audriana, 12.
He captioned the post, “Every day is a great day to celebrate the amazing women in your life, but International Women’s Day gives me one more reason to show it. #internationalwomensday #strongwomen.”
Then, in the comments section, Joe also shouted out the mother of his children and explained why he didn’t include a picture of the Standing Strong author in the tribute.
“Teresa will always be [an] amazing mom to our kids [and] I’m always thankful. I must respect her relationship,” he wrote.
Joe also appears to be in a happy relationship as he’s moved on with Italian attorney, Daniela Fittipaldi.
