Just three months after publicly confirming their relationship on Instagram, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star and her new boyfriend appear to be getting serious as they take on their very first investment as a couple.
According to a report from TMZ on February 16, Teresa and Luis are listed as the owners on the property record. However, it is unclear whether the couple will move into the 7,728-square-foot home or try to flip it for a profit.
Luis, a real estate investor, appears to have paid cash for the home, and the RHONJ cast member is expected to manage the property, which boasts seven bedrooms, seven full bedrooms, and three half bathrooms.
According to a listing for the home, Teresa and Luis’ new property is known as Clarence Manor and was modeled after the Thomas Kinkade painting “Beyond Summer Gate.”
Formal living and dining rooms can be found on the home’s first floor.
Also on the first floor is an eat-in kitchen and a library that can be used as an office.
On the second floor are five of the seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a laundry room.
The stunning master features a sitting area and a grand fireplace.
In the master bathroom is a soaking tub and standing shower.
On the lower level of the home, which is fully finished, there’s a movie theater, a home gym, a recreation room, and another bedroom and bathroom.
The movie theater is quite elaborate with comfy leather seats and decorative trim work.
Outside in the backyard oasis is a pool, a built-in underground slide, and a cabana.
While Teresa and Luis are listed on the home’s deed, Teresa and her daughters are currently living at their $2.25 million home in Montville, which initially hit the market in September of last year for $2.5 million.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 11 premieres on Wednesday, February 17, at 9/8c on Bravo.
