Teresa Giudice Lists $2.5 Million NJ Mansion For Sale Following RHONJ Star's Divorce Finalization From Joe Giudice

Teresa Giudice is listing her family home, moving on from her old life with her now official ex-husband, Joe Giudice.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star’s Montville, New Jersey mansion is up for sale for $2.5 million, punctuating the finalization of the couple’s divorce.

The 10,000 square-foot property, which appears to have been custom-built by the Giudices in 2008, sits on more than three acres and features six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Michelle Pais, one of New Jersey’s top real estate agents who is handling the sale, will actually be featured on the show, and she could even become a new housewife in the future.

When asked why Teresa was selling the estate in which she raised her four children, Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and Audriana, 10, a source for Page Six reported that Teresa’s “just ready to start a new chapter.”

The reality star and cookbook author recently gave the home a much-needed update, with a lightened up, more modern interior, courtesy of designer Jimmy DeLaurentis.

The grand foyer features a Cinderella staircase, modern furniture pieces, and an enormous, elegant chandelier, complimenting the high ceilings.

The kitchen possesses a large island and expansive space for dining and entertaining. Fans of the RHONJ are probably familiar with this area. They probably have many memories of Teresa and the kids (and their dearly departed Nonno) gathering here to cook, eat, and socialize.

The living room showcases some of Teresa and her designer’s exquisite updates, with soaring ceilings painted white and beautiful designs and pieces dotting the area and the enormous mantle.

The dining area is also expansive, with enough room for family gatherings and entertaining guests. Fans of the show can recall Teresa and her girls along with her brother Joe Gorga, his wife Melissa Gorga, and their kids congregating here for a particularly emotional Easter holiday last season.

The home also has a large master bedroom and bathroom, with plenty of space for relaxing in the tub or getting ready for a special event.

The master bedroom is large yet cozy, with special designs detailing the ceiling and a luxurious fireplace.

The mansion also has a giant office and outdoor pool and entertaining space, ideal for having friends and family over or throwing a fantastic party.

The New Jersey estate is tucked away amid lush trees and foliage, standing out against the backdrop with its stunning build.
