It seems Erika Jayne is no longer staying quiet amid her ongoing legal troubles.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star took to Twitter over the weekend to slam the attorney hired to investigate her before showing gratitude to the comedian who suggested fans should “Free Erika.”
It’s no secret that Erika does not like attorney Ronald Richards, who was hired by the trustee overseeing Thomas Girardi‘s bankruptcy case to investigate the reality star’s assets. In June, Erika’s attorneys filed a motion to have Ronald removed from the case after he claimed the “Pretty Mess” singer was refusing to cooperate or hand over important financial documents. Her camp alleged that Ronald often makes “false and inflammatory social media posts and public statements” about her, which they feel is harassment.
However, the judge has not issued a gag order against Ronald, so he continues to report on Erika and his findings, and she’s apparently sick of it.
After a fan wondered why anyone would hire Ronald to represent them since he’s a “low budge lawyer,” Erika agreed and claimed he’s only on her case for the money.
“Low budget at best,” she replied to the fan. “He’s already complaining he has to spend his own money on this case. [He’s in it for the money]. Don’t be fooled.”
She followed that tweet up with, “No merit. No investigation. No proof. Just more harassment.”
However, she didn’t stop there as she also shared a GIF of Laverne & Shirly, further shading Ronald before letting him know that he picked the wrong person to mess with.
“Apparently anyone can be a ‘lawyer.'” she wrote before also tweeting, “You picked on the wrong b*tch.”

Though Erika clearly has it out for Ronald, she seemingly loves comedian Michael Rapaport, who defended her during his July 18 appearance on Watch What Happens Live after host Andy Cohen gave him “the floor” to do so.
“She has handled herself with as much class, and dignity, and grace as you possibly can under scrutiny,” he began in the clip, which she reshared. “[It’s] probably the most scrutiny that any housewife has ever been under. All you fans — fake fans — that have turned your back on this woman who has given you so much for so many years, and you know nothing! She is innocent until proven guilty. How dare you! Shame on you! Free Britney [Spears], yes… but free Erika Jayne!”
Love you @MichaelRapaport ???? https://t.co/xup1VkQOBi
