On the latest season of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Jen Shah is uncharacteristically ‘zen.’ During filming, the 49-year-old was facing fraud charges after being accused of running a telemarketing scheme. After filming wrapped, Jen pleaded guilty to the crime.
In past seasons, Jen was perhaps the most assertive, willing to challenge her co-stars at every turn (which fascinated viewers). But in recent episodes, Jen often sits peacefully as her co-stars explode.
During an interview for Watch What Happens Live, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards gave her opinion about Jen’s new calm, claiming she’s simply doing “damage control.”
When Jen caught wind of Kyle’s comment, the star took to Twitter and seemingly called out Kyle’s hypocrisy.
“Now I know @KyleRichards isn’t talking about ‘damage control’ right now,” she wrote, shared by The Reality Rundown.
Jen’s tweet is assumedly a reference to the fallout Kyle is now experiencing with sister Kathy Hilton after co-star Lisa Rinna accused Kathy of threatening Kyle. Many fans believe Kyle failed to shut it down quickly enough. According to reports, Kathy and Kyle are no longer in a good place, though Kyle has expressed in interviews that she wants a good relationship.
In a separate tweet, Jen added, “What you see is not the result of damage control. It’s the result of intensive therapy and working on myself by getting to the root of who I am.”
She went on to say, “Despite many of the things that are being said, I am facing head on (with support) who I want to be going forward.”

On the same day, the star also asked Kyle, “Have we ever met? Ok yeah, I didn’t think so,” and she posted a GIF of Rihanna rolling up her window and turning away.
