Melissa Gorga is addressing the “inconsistencies” of her feud with Teresa Giudice, calling the ups and downs “confusing.” Though the sisters-in-law have argued for years, Teresa reportedly crossed the line by spreading a cheating rumor about Melissa.
The rumor, which prompted a dramatic fight on the upcoming season of Real Housewives of New Jersey, seemingly influenced Melissa and her husband Joe Gorga to skip Teresa’s wedding to Luis Ruelas. Although the family members have publicly gone back and forth, speaking negatively on multiple occasions, Luis recently called Joe a “good guy.”
When Melissa was asked why Luis said this of Joe, the star claimed to Page Six, “We don’t know.”
She then expressed, “It’s very confusing. There are a lot of ups and downs and a lot of inconsistencies, so we’re wondering as much as you are.”
Her husband Joe had a different take, expressing that “it’s real nice” that Luis believes this. The star continued, “I am a good guy. Too good! That’s the problem!”
Luis made the comment while recounting a story of when he first met Joe.
Luis shared, via Page Six, “The first moment I met Joe, I would even say both of us became very vulnerable within the first 10 minutes of the conversation.”
The newlywed added, “He talked about my work as a man, working through s—t and all that stuff, like, you just like open up to him. Joe’s the kind of guy you can do that to, or with.”
He believes that Joe, “at the core … [is] a good human being.”
Speaking with Page Six at BravoCon 2022, Joe addressed his feud with Teresa, and he revealed how it was influencing him. “At this point, I just don’t know what else to say. I’m tired. I’m tired of talking about this for 13 years,” he explained.
“I’m 48 years old, and I’m happy that I woke up this morning and happy that I have healthy kids, a beautiful wife, a beautiful life, and I just want to be happy, man,” said Joe. “This kind of drama is ruining my life.”
