Katie Maloney slammed Raquel Leviss after her rep issued a statement about ‘Mental Health May’ following Raquel’s treatment for mental health.
The 36-year-old called Raquel “morally corrupt,” and she insinuated she’s “ask[ing] for sympathies” following the reported affair with Tom Sandoval. Before news of the scandal broke, Raquel kissed Katie’s ex-husband Tom Schwartz on camera, though many fans believe it was a cover-up for her romance with the other Tom.
Alum Kristen Doute also trashed the ‘couple’ after the finale trailer was released, revealing a shocking scene where Tom Sandoval and Raquel were unabashedly cozy together in what appears to be the wake of Scandoval’s exposure.
In an Instagram comment shared by @cici.loves.you, Katie threw shade at Raquel.
“Being so morally bankrupt to the point you cause this kind of chaos you better be equipped to deal with the backlash,” she wrote. “And if your not.. then get help you need but you can’t ask for sympathies in the process.”
She then added, “Mental health may isn’t reserved for those who seek and destroy.”
Around the same time, Kristen reacted to the shocking scene between Tom and Raquel, and she suggested their love wasn’t real.
“You’re full of something but it ain’t love,” wrote Kristen on Twitter, addressing the two castmates.
