Paige DeSorbo recently gave her New York City apartment a bit of a facelift — and she’s “obsessed” with the results.
In a series of posts shared to her Instagram Story, the Summer House cast member, 30, gave her fans and followers a look inside her Big Apple pad, which she often shares with her boyfriend of two years, Southern Charm cast member Craig Conover.
“Before. Big couch eater my bad,” Paige wrote in the caption of one of her “before” pics, via Bravo’s Style & Living, which featured a stained beige rug with a black zig-zag print.
“Not cute,” she added with a second image of the same rug and a matching couch.
Continuing on in an additional post, Paige said, “I don’t know if you guys remember my rug debacle of 2023, but I rotated my rug to the other side because I had some mad stains on this side. And, honestly, I hated my rug and my couch so much that I wanted to move apartments.”
“I was like, ‘Maybe I’ll just get my rug and couch cleaned,’” she went on. “Let me show you my before and after because I’m obsessed.”
Then, in a series of “after” photos, after getting some help from G’s Carpet Cleaning, Paige showcased the current look of her apartment, which she said was “perfection.”
“She’s stunning,” Paige captioned one of her Story posts, which featured not only a much cleaner version of her rug, but also a modern coffee table, a chair that matched her couch, a lamp, and large sliding doors to her balcony.
According to Bravo, Paige moved into her Midtown residence two years ago, saying on her Instagram Story in April 2021 that she needed “more space” after previously living in a studio.
“I loved the building, I liked the area, it’s more centrally located — I was like, all the way up on the Upper West Side. The amenities are amazing, and no one has lived in this apartment, which I like,” she shared.
“I wanted to be really chic,” she continued. “My last apartment didn’t even have a decor, so I really popped off.”
More recently, while appearing on Amazon Live in August, Paige spoke of how her boyfriend Craig, who is Charleston, South Carolina-based, has impacted her interior stylings.
“I’m definitely an ivory and black, grays, kind of person… I tried to decorate [so] that if my boyfriend ever did full-time move into this apartment, he wouldn’t feel like, ‘Oh my god, this is a girl’s apartment,’” Paige explained. “I feel like I’ve done a good job of keeping it neutral but still keeping it very me and very girlie.”
Summer House season eight is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime later this year or early next year.
