In a Southern Charm preview, Patricia Altschul addressed the nude photograph Taylor Ann Green allegedly sent to her ex Shep Rose‘s good friend Whitney Sudler-Smith.
On the latest episode, Shep’s other friend Austen Kroll indicated that he hooked up with Taylor as they both were dealing with their previous breakups. The hookup was also controversial because Taylor is good friends with Austen’s ex, Olivia Flowers.
In a preview for the upcoming episode, shared by @queensofbravo on Instagram, Patricia addressed the nude photo allegation in a scene with her son and Madison LeCroy.
After Madison told Patricia about the Austen and Taylor hookup, Whitney asked his mom why she was looking at him a certain way.
“Well, and then there’s the nude photograph she sent you,” answered Patricia.
Whitney indicated that he didn’t want to talk about it, and Patricia then echoed the sentiment, “We’re not going to talk about that.”
“I don’t know what the hell she’s talking about,” said Whitney as Madison expressed shock. Whitney then suggested that the photo was a “friendly thing.”
“It’s a friendly thing, but it’s a very friendly thing,” said Patricia.

In a past interview with ET, Taylor addressed the photograph allegation, which was teased in the season nine trailer.
“It was a very drunken night, I knew what Shep and Whitney had been up to the past few months, galavanting around Charleston, trying to pick up girls and so, I did that to get under Shep’s skin,” stated Taylor. “And that was very childish of me.”
