Fans got to know Steve Gold through Million Dollar Listing New York before it was canceled by Bravo. He keeps a pretty low profile these days, but now he’s in the news because he and his partner are expecting another child and selling his luxury penthouse to make room for the new bundle of joy.
Steve joined Million Dollar Listing New York in 2017 and remained on the cast until the show was canceled. He has been in a relationship with Luiza Gawlowska since 2019. The two already have one daughter, Rose. See the announcement of the new baby below.
Now, the New York Post is reporting that Steve is in the process of listing their Soho penthouse apartment for close to $10.8 million. As mentioned, the main reason for wanting to sell is because he and Luiza are expecting their second child.
Steve first listed the home, which has been featured in Architectural Digest, back in 2021 for $9.95 million. However, it seems he has had some upgrades added to the home since then. He received an offer but later decided to pull the listing.
The home has three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It occupies the entire top floor of a 1920s five-story building. Naturally, Peter is the only broker listed on the home. Steve says it has been renovated “down to the studs.” The building itself has 13 units.
Some of the features include 11-foot ceilings, exposed columns and beams, and upscale hardwood floors.
Regarding pulling the previous listing, Steve says, “We weren’t ready to move and decided to stay.
Despite previously buying a $7.3 million estate near his hometown in Connecticut, he shares that they have no plans to leave the city and have their eyes on other properties.
According to Steve, “That’s an investment property.”
Given that he previously received an offer and the home is immaculate, Steve will surely be able to sell the loft in a timely manner.
