Kenya Moore reacted to being compared to Tom Sandoval on X following her reported suspension from filming on the upcoming 16th season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
As she insisted she isn’t “going anywhere,” despite claims that Bravo is investigating separate incidents between her and newbie Brittany Eady, 36, Kenya, 53, seemed to agree with a social media user who wondered why she’d been suspended from filming when her fellow Bravolebrity was allowed to remain on Vanderpump Rules and allegedly given an additional role on The Traitors.
“But Tom Sandoval can screen record [Rachel ‘Raquel’ Leviss] touching herself without her consent and end up on [The Traitors]????” the person asked.
Then, in response, Kenya posted a flush-faced emoji.
As RHOA fans may have heard, Bravo is investigating separate incidents involving Kenya.
Following a report from Straight From the A‘s Michelle “ATLien” Brown, who revealed Kenya had been suspended from filming after her alleged sharing of racy images of Brittany at her recent hair care event, another insider spoke out.
“Kenya was suspended for allegedly depicting Brittany performing a sexual act at the grand opening of her Kenya Moore Hair Spa in Atlanta, from images allegedly found online. The network is still reviewing the content Kenya displayed during filming,” a source told Entertainment Tonight on June 14, confirming that while Kenya’s return is unknown, the rest of the cast is still in production.
According to the outlet, Brittany was accused of threatening Kenya with a gun. However, their source said, “At no time was Kenya ever threatened with a weapon, nor was there ever a weapon present during the course of production.”
After Kenya’s event, Brittany suggested she’d been “targeted” and “hazed” by her castmate as she accused Kenya of “revenge porn” and seemingly made legal threats against her. Meanwhile, Kenya denied any such thing.
“I would never engage in revenge porn, I have never distributed private images or footage of anyone, nor solicited images owned by others to use to threaten or blackmail,” she wrote on social media. “I have always been vindicated.”
In another social media post, which she shared on her Instagram story following the news of her supposed suspension, Kenya again spoke out.
“Thank you for, for being a part of building this empire with me. You will be seeing me. I’m not going anywhere, despite all this stuff that’s surrounding whatever this, you know, people decided they wanna write,” she stated.
Amid the video, Kenya received support from castmate Porsha Williams, 42.
“We love you!” Porsha wrote, as seen in a screenshot shared by Mad Beefs on X.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 16 is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime later this year or early next year.
