Denise Richards is being accused of trashing the $3.5 million rental home in Calabasas, California, that she once shared with estranged husband Aaron Phypers.
As the 54-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star opened up about her divorce from Charlie Sheen, 60, the father of her oldest daughters, Sami Sheen, 21, and Lola Sheen, 20, Aaron, 52, welcomed Inside Edition into the home for a tour, showcasing the messy residence, which was filled with piles of clothing, stained carpets, and a whopping 15 dogs.
“This is how she left it,” Aaron alleged.
According to Aaron, whom Denise blamed for the state of the home, claiming he and his family, including his parents and brother, “severely damaged the property and left the house in a state of disarray,” Denise left “hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of vintage clothing” behind when she moved out.
“It is riddled with moths,” he shared.
“She buys makeup and keeps buying makeup, and gets more makeup,” Aaron continued of Denise, who has alleged in court documents that she hasn’t lived in the home for two years.
Currently, Aaron is facing eviction after reportedly failing to take over rent payments in January.
In addition to revealing that 15 of Denise’s dogs were living at the property, Aaron said Denise once had 36 dogs in the home.
“I don’t know if it’s hoarding. It’s something,” he explained.
Moving on to Denise’s abuse claims against him, Aaron said her black eye “[looked] like makeup,” and he insisted he never caused “any black eye, bruise, or anything.”
“She’s upset. I publicly dumped her to the world, and she’s mad, so how does she retaliate? File a bogus abuse claim,” he stated.
Also in the episode, Aaron’s mom spoke out.
“I loved Denise and I treated her like a daughter, and I don’t understand,” she said.

In other Denise Richards news, she broke down over her divorce from Charlie on his new Netflix series, aka Charlie Sheen.
“Sorry, you guys. I don’t care if they record. It’s okay. They should record. They should,” she said as she wiped away tears. “You’re doing a f*cking docuseries. They should. It’s fine. I don’t care. Because it’s true. If you’re gonna get the truth, get the f*cking truth.”
“The truth is,” she continued, “I feel like my life with Charlie is three stages: It’s the time I met him and married him, then my divorce, and then the aftermath of it. I’m sorry to get so f*cking emotional about it because it was a lot and I had to f*cking hold it together.”
