Carl Radke addressed a recent rumor suggesting that Kyle Cooke was spotted getting “cozy” with Salley Carson at the Summer House premiere on Tuesday night’s Watch What Happens Live.

As he also answered plenty of questions about Kyle’s recent separation from Amanda Batula, 34, including when he could tell they were “done,” Kyle’s night at a fan’s apartment, and Kyle’s comment about how much weed Amanda was smoking before their breakup, Carl, 41, explained his friendship with Chrissy Teigen, 40, and offered an update on his five-month-old bar.

“I haven’t heard that … [But] Salley’s awesome. I’ve seen her a bunch,” Carl said of the 31-year-old Southern Charm cast member on the February 10 episode of the WWHL: After Show. “They kind of look like they’d look good together. But I think Kyle needs some time.”

On the live broadcast of WWHL, Carl said that while he was happy when Kyle, 43, decided to pursue a DJ career, since his castmate has “always been in charge of music at the summer house” and “loves music,” he was worried that his partying habits would amp up because of it, especially now that Amanda is no longer in the picture.

“I think the DJing will just kind of add to that, but I hope he maybe can dial back and focus on himself. Take better care of himself. But he was just at the Super Bowl having fun, so I don’t know,” Carl noted.

According to Carl, he first started to notice that there was trouble in paradise between Kyle and Amanda over the summer when things “seemed worse than normal.”

“You can tell Amanda, just energy-wise, she was done, she was over it,” he explained.

As for whether he knew they were living separately when they attended BravoCon in November, Carl confirmed he did not.

“I knew things were rumbling, [but] I tried not to believe it was true. I mean, I officiated the wedding and was his best man. I really wanted to do whatever I could to bring them together. It was a tough situation. But I didn’t really fully understand that they were not living together at that point,” he shared.

Regarding Kyle falling asleep at a fan’s apartment, Carl shaded his longtime friend as “an idiot.”

“I love you, but you’re an idiot. Come on, man,” he stated.

Reflecting on Kyle’s decision to detail Amanda’s weed use to their co-stars, Carl admitted he didn’t know she was smoking every night.

“It was kind of news to me, some of that, but I think it’s just one of [the] many things between them that’s kind of like, tit for tat,” he reasoned.

Moving on to his friendship with Chrissy, who recently offered a public thank you to him for helping her with sobriety, Carl said her post was “so sweet.”

“I’ve gotten to know her over the years. Her and [John Legend] are big Bravo fans. I met her very organically at Sundance a couple years ago and ended up taking a plane back to New York with her and John. And we talked a little bit about sobriety then. She wasn’t sober then, but I was just very honest with her, and we’ve kept in touch,” he revealed. “She’s a powerful person and can really help other people. So I’m so proud of her.”

“[Her post] was really special … I’m really honored that she thought of me and that I made an impact. But what I told her is, she’s gonna continue to make impacts on other people, and that’s how this works. So, we’re all in this together,” he added.

Then, after noting that he believed Amanda would “find love” before Kyle, Carl, who has been linked to Venita Aspen, 32, in recent weeks, described his ideal woman, saying he’d rather she have her own money than want to be taken care of, dress modestly over racy, and have no TV instead of being a Bravo fan. He also said he’d like a woman who was booked and busy and preferred to stay in over partying.

Also on the live broadcast, Carl said that his Softbar business is “good” almost five months in, with great drinks and a great-looking space, as he reacted to Kyle putting $500,000 into Loverboy and not taking a salary.

“I understand it’s hard work, and Kyle really believes in his business, so you’ve gotta put your money where your mouth is. So I get it. It’s a lot of money, though,” he noted.

Summer House season 10 airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
