Lala Kent nearly cheated on her ex-fiance, Randall Emmett, with an NFL player when he was out of town.
On the latest episode of her shared podcast with Ambyr Childers, 37, the 35-year-old star of The Valley recalled a moment in which she almost stepped out on Randall, 54, before discussing his new girlfriend, Alyssa, and her own alleged cheating.
“[Randall] was out of town, and there was the finest football player who had slid into my DMs, he was like 6’6,” he still plays in the league. He’s had like 18 years of a career. And he was like, so he, and he would like invite me to his birthday parties, and would invite me to like, his family barbecues. He was like, normal. But I was seeing [Randall],” Lala began on the February 8 episode of An Unlikely Affair.
According to Lala, she received a message from the mystery man on one particular night, at a time when she was fully sober, that nearly led to an affair.
“He wanted me to come over to his place, and I took my ring off … I left my ring at home, and I was like, I’m going to go see him. And I was driving there, and I had such a pit in my stomach. And I sent him a message, I’m like, ‘I’m so sorry, but I’m not coming. Like, my conscience is not allowing me,'” she shared. “And he finally wrote me, and he was like, ‘I don’t know what type of dysfunctional relationship you’re in, but I’m now letting you know, I don’t want any part of it. Have a good life. Please don’t contact me anymore.’”
After backing out of her potential date, Lala ventured to Brittany Cartwright’s house.
“I just sobbed. I was like, ‘I can’t believe that I would leave my ring at home.’ And then when I was ready to leave my ex, I was like, ‘I should’ve f*cked that guy … And I didn’t do it because I stayed faithful to you, you f*cking toad!’” she recalled.

During another segment of the podcast, after discussing how women deserve to be made to feel special, and have their time honored, Lala mentioned “our ex,” in regard to her and Ambyr, which sparked comparisons to a throuple.
After joking that she could’ve stayed sexually active if she and Randall had been in a throuple with Ambyr, Ambyr thanked Lala for taking him from her.
“And by the way, if the new girl’s listening, thank you,” Lala added, confirming that Randall’s new girl is named Alyssa.
“I like her. I like her a lot. I hear she f*cks around on him. I’m like, she’s the smartest b*tch he’s ever dated. We should’ve been doing that,” she reasoned.
