Lisa Rinna took aim at Sutton Stracke‘s appearance in her new book, You Better Believe I’m Gonna Talk About It, prompting fan backlash on social media.

While also sharing who was the real “biggest bully in Hollywood,” a title Kathy Hilton, 66, gave her years ago, the 62-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum proclaimed that she was “happy” to go after her former co-star and friend, using a number of harsh words to describe her.

“I’m happy to drag Sutton. She’s frumpy, there’s no sex appeal about her whatsoever, and she’s got a weird body. So God bless her,” Lisa wrote in her memoir.

Soon after, she was called out for the diss.

“Wtf Lisa Rinna is rude af! She body shamed Sutton in her book,” Bye Wig Hello Drama stated on Instagram as they shared the excerpt with their followers.

In the comments, many social media users agreed that Lisa’s comments were out of line.

“Oh we’re still bodyshaming in 2026? Do better, Rinna. You can drag someone without attacking their physical appearance,” one person stated.

Others described her words as “disgusting” and “mean-spirited.”

“This is the behavior that made us dislike her,” someone noted.

“I’m no fan of Sutton, but as a woman, you just don’t say this about another woman. This is really not it,” another shared.

Then, as someone else said, “Enough with the body shaming,” another IG user added, “No responsible, mature woman criticizes another woman’s physique.”

“Imagine being 60-something years old and still acting like a middle schooler. Shame on Lisa Rinna. The fact that she thinks she can judge someone on their body type is cruel and mean,” a different user agreed.

Others pointed out that Lisa’s statements against Sutton were “disturbing” considering her daughter, Amelia Gray Hamlin, 24, has spoken publicly about her body image issues and eating disorder struggles.

Also in her book, Lisa reflected on her time as “Billie Reed” on Days of Our Lives, sharing that while she was once referred to as the “biggest bully in Hollywood,” the title was better suited to her co-star, Robert Kelker-Kelly, 61, who played “Bo Brady.”

“He made my life a living hell on the set of Days. He was horrible to me, and I’d go so far to say verbally abusive,” she revealed. “He was passive-aggressive and manipulative and played weird mind games. It was the craziest sh*t I’ve ever experienced with a costar. I had to work with him every day, often half naked to do love scenes. If I didn’t do what he wanted, he’d give me the silent treatment.”

According to Lisa, she suspected that Robert’s aggressions were the result of her not being available to him.

“It made him snap. He was a ticking time bomb,” she explained. “I never knew when I arrived on set each morning if I’d get nice Robert Kelker-Kelly or dark Robert Kelker-Kelly. He was unpredictable, and it was exhausting.”

And she wasn’t the only one who had issues with Robert.

“Because suddenly one day he disappeared from the Days set and next thing I knew [Kristian Alfonso] and I had our own full-time security detail,” she recalled. “I wasn’t worried about physical harm but NBC had to cover their ass. We had rent-a-cops parked outside our houses and trailers for three weeks and were driven to and from work.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15 airs Thursdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
