Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Taylor Frankie Paul denied sleeping with Dakota Mortensen after an explosive fight as new police photos and texts were released.
Although Dakota Mortensen seemed to want to have sex with Taylor after their fight – which resulted in the show being paused, temporary custody of their son, Ever, being awarded to Dakota, and Taylor’s season of The Bachelorette being pulled – Taylor wanted no part of it.
TMZ obtained text messages Dakota and Taylor exchange following their big altercation in February.
After Taylor said her nose was broken and gushing blood and she needed to go to the emergency room, Dakota told her he was there and to open the door.
She insisted she couldn’t leave as she had her kid and would “shove cotton in” and go to the emergency room the next day.
“I’ll watch them,” Dakota insisted. “Or let me help. Open the door.”
“You don’t wanna f**k?” he then boldly asked her.
Taylor issued a reaction to that text with the clown emoji and responded, “F**k? My nose won’t stop sushing [sic] blood. The f**k is wrong with you.”
Dakota then insisted that was “weird” and “strange” as he claimed Taylor asked “on the phone call” if he had wanted to have sex.
Taylor denied that again, insisting she had said to “talk.”
“Hahaha omg,” Dakota replied. “Sure. Actually I’m good. F**k this. My truck is f**ked. Goodbye. F**k your abuse.”
Taylor answered by writing, “F**K YOURS” to which Dakota ended the conversation by saying he’d see her “in court.”
In another message, Taylor wrote that she would order him a new necklace, which aligns with earlier reports that alleged she’d ripped off his necklace from his neck during their fight.
Page Six also obtained images from the Draper City Police Department showing Dakota with blood coming out of his nose. Dakota was also seen in a picture with scratches on his neck, with one seemingly bleeding.
In another picture, Taylor was shown with a massive bruise on the back of her neck.
In a second photo, Taylor showed off a large bruise on her forehead, which was allegedly from Dakota slamming her head into his truck’s dashboard.
As Reality Blurb reported yesterday, prosecutors ruled they would not be filing more criminal charges against Taylor.
Prior to the latest update, Taylor was being investigated by two separate police departments, although the District Attorney’s Office of Salt Lake County insisted there wasn’t enough evidence to file charges. They also noted that proving Taylor committed crimes beyond a reasonable doubt would be a difficult feat.
Aside from not filing more criminal charges, prosecutors stated they would not be pursuing probation violations.
Taylor shared her reaction via Instagram once the news broke
“[I] cried when I got the call,” she wrote over a picture of a butterfly and flowers. “THANK YOU to those that have stood with me.”
