Naomie Olindo was accused of ripping off a dress design after sharing a series of photos from her recent bridal shower.
Ahead of her upcoming wedding to fiancé Billy Haire, the 33-year-old Southern Charm alum posted a slideshow in which she was seen wearing a silky, white dress with a sheer voile top, which at least one of her followers felt was a little too reminiscent of a design from Kisserine.
“I’m so excited to be wearing the first dress of my collection [Olindo] designed by yours truly and [Haley Cole], made in Brooklyn by [The LG Project] and launching this year exclusively on [Over the Moon],” Naomie wrote, in part, in the caption of her April 20 post.

After the post was shared, Naomie was met with a comment from someone who thought she’d stolen the look.
“Cute, but the design of the dress was very obviously stolen from Kisserine,” the person alleged.
Shortly thereafter, Naomie issued a response, insisting that she and her team designed the gown themselves.
“Hi! I have never heard of [Kisserine] but can promise you this dress took us months to conceptualize and is inspired by over 10 other dresses. I was looking for this exact dress and couldn’t find it so we made it!” she explained.
While the IG user didn’t mention which dress she was referring to, Naomie’s look was quite similar to Kisserine’s Élie dress, which retails for $321 on the company’s website.
Naomie Olindo was featured on Southern Charm as a guest star from season three through season five and as a full-time cast member on season six and season eight.
