Southern Hospitality’s Emmy Sharrett Claims Bradley Carter “Invaded” Her Room and Illegally Recorded Her Private Convo in Explosive Texts to Michols Peña as Bradley Fires Back

Michols Peña spoke of a series of text messages he received from Emmy Sharrett on the latest episode of Southern Hospitality, and, after the show, they were posted online.

After Michols shared snippets of what Emmy had sent about how Bradley Carter made her feel “unsafe” and threatened, a couple of posts were revealed, highlighting more of what Emmy had told Michols about Bradley, including her claim of wanting the police to get involved, and her suggestion that she could “sue him.”

In an April 29 post by The Bravo Babe on Threads, the outlet zoomed in on Emmy’s messages.

“He told the front desk of the hotel they were at, too. She wanted police involved and thought the front desk would do it for her. She also said she could sue him,” the fan page stated in its caption.

Then, after one of Emmy’s messages to Michols said, “Hi,” a second message was far lengthier.

“I have a lot to say, but right now I’m incredibly hurt that it’s being entirely overlooked and that no one is acknowledging or defending me against the fact that Bradley Carter [invaded] my hotel room, illegally recorded a private conversation between my mom, [Will Kulp] and myself and then sent me threatening messages with the intention to make me feel uncomfortable and also with the intent to be intimidating,” she wrote. “I am being gaslit into feeling like I wasn’t allowed to feel unsafe. I had every right to feel the way I did and what Brad did was extremely illegal and I legitimately can sue him if I so choose. I will not sit by quietly while there is a narrative portrayed of me that is entirely false. I am a woman and I’m allowed to feel any way that I felt when a man did exactly what Brad did.”

In other screenshots shared on Reddit, more texts were revealed, as Emmy shared her thoughts on her use of the word “unsafe.”

“I’m being told I need to be careful when using the word because it can be interpreted as micro aggression or you have to understand the history that African-American people have gone through and calling a person of color unsafe can be a micro aggression, but no one is telling me why when I used the word, give the context, why it was,” she stated. “And that is what is so frustrating because Brad is not going to have this conversation with me. If you and Lake believe what Brad said is true, then I believe you and Lake can also have this conversation with me. How am I supposed to understand this if no one will explain it to me[?] I’m not asking for examples or for anyone to keep telling me that Brad is entitled to his opinion. I’m asking why you agree with it.”

Then, after seemingly claiming that Bradley shared “out of line and inappropriate” videos on TikTok, Emmy said her co-star did so to “try to humiliate [her] and hurt [her] relationship.”

“His inability to take accountability for his actions is beyond me,” she continued. “The fact that none of his friends are holding him accountable for how inappropriate it was to record my private conversation in New York and then send me threatening messages is beyond me. The fact that no one besides Brad went on their social platforms to try to humiliate me and my relationship speaks volumes.”

Emmy went on to say that the cast had overlooked how Bradley lied in an effort to “ruin [Maddi Reese]’s relationship,” before doubling down on her claim regarding his “illegal” behavior and labeling his recording a “felony.”

“I don’t want to not be heard and feel like I’ve been on the defense this season and have not had my story be told. For people to hear me out and listen to me and validate me does not invalidate Brad. And my issue right now is that it seems as though if people were to listen to me and agree that what Brad did was wrong, they somehow think it invalidates his feelings,” she concluded.

Following the sharing of the slew of messages, Bradley weighed in, making it clear that he stood by the events of their recently taped reunion.

“I never saw these [texts] until now…this is f*cking disgusting and I’m glad I said what I said at the reunion,” he wrote.
