Alexia Nepola and her ex-husband, Todd Nepola, appear to be back on.
Over a year after finalizing their divorce and following news that they purchased a $5.3 million condo in Miami Beach, the 59-year-old Real Housewives of Miami star posted a photo of herself and Todd, 53, on Instagram before stepping out for drinks in the Soho district of New York City.
“Life lately,” Alexia wrote in the caption of a June 17 carousel on Instagram, which featured a mirror selfie of her and Todd holding hands.
Days later, an insider detailed a sighting of the couple to Bravo and Cocktails.
“Just saw Alexia and Todd having drinks in Soho! She looked stunning like even more gorgeous in person and she was sweet!” they wrote on Instagram.
While Alexia has made it clear that letting Todd go was not easy, her fans and followers on Instagram aren’t exactly thrilled with the news of their reunion.
“Not Todd again,” one person wrote.
“Please let that man gooooooo! He’s already showed you (and us !) the type of man that he is and isn’t. Wishing you well & looking forward to you doing better cuz you deserve,” said another.
“Bro not Todd again,” complained a third.
As RHOM fans may have seen, Alexia and Todd, who dismissed an $11 defamation lawsuit he filed against Bravo at the end of last year, have been hinting at a reconciliation for months.
In addition to seemingly ringing in the New Year together in Paris, Alexia was seen with her wedding ring back on in January. Then, in March, the couple attended the arrival of Mary Lou’s at the W South Beach in Miami, Florida, where Alexia gushed over their “beautiful night” together.
The Real Housewives of Miami has been on pause since the conclusion of its seventh season in October 2025.
