Ben Waddell will not be featured on the upcoming 11th season of Summer House.
Following Amanda Batula, 34, and West Wilson‘s exits from the series, Ben, who joined the show last year for season 10, confirmed that he and his girlfriend Sabrina Jet, are exiting the series. Meanwhile, an insider claimed KJ Dillard, 28, had also opted out, and Dara Levitan, 33, shared a cryptic post on TikTok, hinting at her own departure.
“Ben and Sabrina had the greatest time last summer. There’s so much love that exists between the friend group, and the entire Bravo family,” Ben’s team told Deadline in a June 29 statement. “As for the future, time will tell. They’re looking forward to what’s ahead.”
Also on Monday, a source spoke to Bravo and Cocktails on Instagram, detailing what fans can expect from the new season.
“Happy Summer House filming week to those who celebrate!” they began. “[The] cast will be staying home the first weekend, production doesn’t want cast/newbie leaks right away. [Kyle Cooke, Carl Radke, Jesse Solomon, Mia Calabrese, and Bailey Taylor] will be full time in the house. [Lindsay Hubbard] will be in and out like last year but full time. Expect [five or six] newbies! And [Ciara Miller] appearances throughout. KJ has decided not to return but possible he can film a scene or [two], and Dara was only part of the show because of KJ so she’s out.”
After noting that Ben was not asked back because “he didn’t quite gel with the cast and show like production believed,” the insider revealed details about the potential new cast members of the show.
“I’m hearing girls Jamie and Jolie, another girl a friend of Mia’s, and then [two] or [three] guys connected to Jesse, Carl and Kyle,” they shared.
Meanwhile, in a clip shared hours ago on TikTok, Dara spoke of “starting over.”
“I’m 33 and I’ve started over more times than I can count. I’m starting over, again, right now … I’ve learned that when everything falls apart, that’s when life’s about to get really fkn good … Turn the page,” she wrote in a video message to her fans and followers.
“Life is just one wild lesson in detachment huh?” she asked in a caption.
