Annemarie Wiley accused her husband, Marcellus Wiley, of rape, physical violence, and more in a recent divorce filing.
As she also requested a restraining order against Marcellus, 51, and custody of their three kids, son Marcellus Jr., 10, and daughters Ariya, 7, and Alivia, 6, after his domestic violence arrest, the 42-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum alleged that she had been raped by her spouse on numerous occasions, been given a black eye, and claimed he tried to sleep with a couple of her friends.
According to a declaration from Annemarie obtained by TMZ on July 6, she accused Marcellus of a “continuing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control and intimidation.”
“Because of the trauma associated with many of these events, there are gaps in my memory, as I have blocked out much of what Marcellus has done to me,” she continued as she asked the court to require Marcellus to stay 100 yards away from her.
In addition to sharing that Marcellus had reportedly raped her in 2012 while he was drunk and attempted to bed two of her friends that same year, Annemarie claimed he punched her in the face, giving her a black eye, in 2014. She also claimed he threw a bottle of Coca-Cola at her head in 2019 when she was nine months pregnant, and that he hit her in the face with a pair of shoes in August 2025.
She also accused him of pulling her out of bed, berating her, and hitting her in the head earlier this year.
“He then raped me, telling me that I was his property and that I had to do what he said,” she detailed, noting that she was raped again later that day and a third time two days after.
In addition to Marcellus’ alleged violence, Annemarie said that he ran up a $100,000 bill on her credit card and borrowed another $100,000 that he never gave back.
After their latest encounter, during which Marcellus was accused of threatening her life, Annemarie wants a divorce, custody of their kids, spousal support, and exclusive use of their home in Los Angeles.
In response to the claims against him, Marcellus spoke out on X.
“I’m deeply grateful for the love, prayers, and concern for me and my itty bitties. Your support is fully appreciated,” he wrote. “I completely and unequivocally deny these allegations, and I’m certain the truth will prevail … As you know, I’m usually the first to break down the truth and separate facts from fiction. But because this is now a legal matter—and because my greatest responsibility is protecting my babies, who have already been impacted—I have to handle this differently.”
“When I can speak freely, I absolutely will,” he added. “Until then, thank you for your patience, your prayers, and for continuing to stand with me.”
