Vicki Gunvalson shared her true thoughts on Heather Dubrow‘s financial situation with husband Dr. Terry Dubrow. She also addressed Tamra Judge‘s relationship with Shannon Beador, and she called the Real Housewives of Rhode Island castmates “aggressive.”

In the season 20 premiere of Real Housewives of Orange County, Vicki doubled down on her suggestion that Heather and Terry inherited much of their money, as there aren’t many doctors living in “$40 million homes.” But Heather denied it, pointing out that their mothers are still alive.

On Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea, Vicki shared her thoughts on Heather’s alleged inheritance.

“I think Heather should own it if that’s the truth,” she said. “And if it’s not the truth, then I misspoke.”

She was then asked if she had heard from Heather after insinuating that doctors don’t live in $40 million houses.

“I have seen Heather in situations on the season 20 launch party,” she said. “We had a great party. I think Heather just realizes that, you know what, it was just a comment. Whether it’s true or not, I just have a different viewpoint of it.”

“I mean, Terry’s brother passed away. She said her parents are still alive. No, his father’s passed, and so has her father. And both parents weren’t married when they passed,” she said. “I’m in financial planning. I have a lot of history on legacy planning in regards to where does the money go when people die? It’s going to go somewhere. And if it went to them, good for them. Own it. … I personally think, because I’ve been doing this 36 years, there is a legacy plan.”

She also told the outlet that she played peacemaker between her friends Tamra and Shannon, who were fighting.

“You’ll see this season, I did my very best to just kind of be the intermediator, but also say, ‘We gotta stop this!’” said Vicki. “In the real picture of the world, what are you guys fighting about? … OK, let’s say you don’t respect each other, let’s say you don’t like each other — but we’ve gotta work together, we’ve got to be able to do this. So you’re gonna see, I think things evolve a little bit.”

According to Vicki, Shannon didn’t want to apologize because she didn’t feel she did anything wrong.

“Tamra did really show some softness of herself this season — which I loved — because Tamra is a quality person,” said Vicki. “I love Tamra, and I just didn’t like the way she was treating Shannon. … When you’re friends with both of them, like, why are you being so mean?”

As for Jenn Pedranti‘s claim that Heather was speaking negatively about Tamra behind her back, Vicki expressed, “I didn’t like that either. … I just want everyone to get along and whoop it up. … I think maybe she’s trying to find her way a little bit, which is fine, but it wasn’t Jenn’s position to do that.”

“As you age, you also look at what is really important to stand true to yourself. You can’t continue fights for season after season after season. Resolve it and move on,” she explained. “And I think you’re going to see some resolve this year.”

She then shared how the castmates of RHORI, who Vicki met onReal Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, were “very aggressive.”

“I didn’t even know who they were,” said Vicki. “I was like, ‘Hi, bye. You’re all fighting. I’m staying away from that.’ … It’s like, ‘The cameras aren’t here. What’re you guys doing? Shut up. This is my show. We are here for Season 20, ‘Ultimate Girls Trip.’ … It was just awkward.”

“Be authentic,” she went on. “Would you do this in real life? Because if you wouldn’t do it in real life, what are you doing it on camera for?”
