Lisa Barlow shared a bizarre photo on social media on Wednesday following the news of Whitney Rose‘s split from husband Justin Rose.
After it was reported that Whitney, 39, and Justin, 58, had separated amid rumors of potential financial struggles, and after Angie Katsanevas, 52, and husband Shawn Trujillo, 53, reportedly did the same, the 51-year-old Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star posted an image of herself and husband John Barlow, 50, and the apparent shade led to questions from her online audience.
“Baby Gorgeous photoshopped John over a photo of a black man and forgot to edit his hand on her butt,” read the caption of a post shared on Reddit on July 22, which included a screenshot of Lisa’s photo.
“This does not look like John’s hand lol,” Vanderpod Recaps wrote in an Instagram Story response.
Meanwhile, in the comments section of the Reddit post, fans weighed in.
“I was wondering how he went from Slenderman to that physique!” one declared.
Others wondered why Lisa would do such a thing, asking, “Why would she photoshop John’s face on a black man’s body lol,” and, “For what reason?”
“Omg this lady is a MESS. What what WHAT are you doing?” asked someone else.
On Instagram, fans called out Lisa’s alleged shade against Whitney.
“The timing of this post, moments after it’s released that Whitney is separated seems funny lol,” one person noted.
But Lisa insisted, “I’m just living my life.”
Another wondered, “What if the shoe was on the other foot? Would you want someone shading you and John? Just a thought….”
Still, Lisa asked, “Who am I shading? We have a big rollout happening soon with great things for us in our business[.] I just live my life.”
After the comments were shared, some slammed Lisa for the potential dig, writing, “Living your life but throwing awful shade, life turns on a dime darling, and karma’s also a b*tch!”
Meanwhile, others defended Lisa, saying, “She always posts her man.”
