Amanda Batula accused Kyle Cooke of cheating on her during their marriage on Tuesday night’s conclusion of the two-part In the City reunion.
As she also reflected on Kyle’s “inappropriate” behavior on the night she moved out, explained why they had sex just three times during their four-year marriage, and looked back on her lunch meeting with Summer House co-stars West Wilson, 31, and Ciara Miller, 30, Amanda defended herself against claims of being “diabolical” and shared where she learned of Kyle’s alleged affair.
“I heard that he had sex with someone that was confirmed while we were married from that person’s friend,” Amanda, 35, revealed on the July 28 episode. “That person told their friend that, like, it was 100 percent true while we were married.”
After Kyle, 43, denied it was true, Amanda said she found out about the potential infidelity “in the past few weeks.”
“I haven’t been on the internet in a minute, but throughout our relationship, like, yeah, and a lot of the times he didn’t have an answer, and he didn’t know, and so I don’t know what’s true and what’s not because he didn’t remember,” she suggested. “[But] either way, it is being inappropriate enough where people are getting the idea.”
According to Kyle, who spoke of one incident in particular, he was hanging out with “a gay guy and his, like, best friend.”
“It was very innocent,” he insisted, as Amanda pointed out that the “best friend” was “a woman,” and she added that the hangout took place as she moved out.
“It was the night that I was moving out, to the point where our neighbors are buzzing our doorbell because the bass is so loud it’s vibrating our neighbors’ apartments. It was inappropriate. It was weird that you brought strangers back,” Amanda stated.
Then, after Kyle explained that he didn’t want to be involved in the “chaos” of Amanda’s move, Amanda admitted that his behavior that night changed the trajectory of their split.
“When I was moving out, I was hopeful. The fact that that’s the note that I left on changed my feelings about moving out and what that step meant,” she shared.

Regarding their lack of a sex life, Amanda credited “part of it” to her mental health struggles.
“Depression will do that,” she noted, via PEOPLE, explaining that she and Kyle discussed their sex life in therapy before their 2021 nuptials.
“I wasn’t getting courted. There were no dates. He would work all day, work all night, then come to bed, tell me an email, and then try to have sex with me,” she recalled. “It felt like there was no foreplay. There was no emotional intimacy. There was no conversation. There was nothing else happening in the relationship.”
“I felt like I was just an object at that point,” she continued. “Then the depression hit also, and then it was just an unfortunate storm. Then he would still go out. He would still do these things. We get into big fights.”
Interjecting, Kyle asked, “Can you imagine? Like this is not like a guy-girl thing, but like we get married, and there’s just like we never have sex.”
He then shared that he and Amanda had sex just three times during their four-year marriage, which Amanda confirmed. That said, he noted that he “of course” took some of the responsibility.
“One of my issues, like every single thing we ever did, was only because I arranged it. So, like every date we ever went on, trip, getaway, I’m putting in the hours now or then, so we can provide for a family later,” he explained, as Amanda admitted to feeling that she was “put on the back burner.”
“It takes a toll on our romantic and intimate relationship,” she stated. “Your solution was for me to read a book on how to date an entrepreneur, and I wanted you to take me on a date. So like you’re literally saying exactly what I’m saying is that you worked really hard for our future, but it did have an effect on our marriage and our relationship.”
During another moment of the episode, Danielle Olivera, 37, called out Amanda’s “very weird friendship” with West, as she and the cast looked back on the lunch date Amanda had with him and Ciara, during which Amanda was seen holding their hands.
“I think that they had a very weird friendship. It seemed like West definitely had his eye set and [Amanda was] so checked out,” she explained.
Meanwhile, Kyle said Amanda appeared “giddy” and “excited” during the meal, which was filmed in late 2025, months before Amanda and West confirmed their controversial romance.
But Amanda insisted, “I was holding their hands because I had Ciara and West together because they had just become friends. How diabolical would it have been for me to invite two of my friends [if I was involved with West at the time]?”
“That’s what we were all thinking when we saw that: diabolical,” Danielle replied.
Still, Amanda denied she was diabolical, and she said she didn’t know West and Ciara were hooking up at that time.
