On the currently airing first season of House of Stassi, fans have had an up-close and personal look at star Stassi Schroeder’s marital problems with husband Beau Clark.
While many have voiced their opinions online regarding the troubles Stassi, 38, and Beau, 46, are going through, one person people likely didn’t expect to hear put in their two cents was Stassi’s former flame, Vanderpump Rules star Jax Taylor.
As fans likely recall, Jax, 47, dated for the first two seasons of Vanderpump Rules, approximately from 2011-2013.
Jax experienced a slew of marital troubles of his own with ex Brittany Cartrwright, but that didn’t stop him from weighing in on what’s going on with Stassi and Beau.
“I think Stassi is an amazing person,” Jax began in a leaked Cameo he made for a fan. “I think she’s strong. I think she’s smart. I think she’s intelligent. I just don’t think she’s the best wife.”
He went on to note he thinks Beau is deserving of “somebody that just cares about his feelings a little bit more.”
”I mean, I’m the wrong person to talk to when it comes about marriage, but just from watching the show – I love the show, by the way, I think it’s amazing. I just think Stassi’s just very career-driven, and I think she puts her husband and her kids on the back burner,” Jax continued. “I just, that’s what I think about that.”
”So if you’re like, if you’re career –if you’re, you know, focused on your career and you’re a boss b*tch, then, you know, that’s a positive thing,” he added. “If you put your kids and your husband on the back burner, then it’s not a good thing.”

As Reality Blurb previously reported, Beau got emotional about his marital issues on the premiere episode of House of Stassi.
“I’m trying to balance wanting her to have her space and to be able to not stress out when she’s working,” he said. “But then also I’m sitting here, and I’m angry and resentful.”
Beau explained he was “just shoving it down” instead of dealing with the problem.
”I just got so detached from her that it’s like we’re roommates,” he added. “I don’t feel worthy.”
As the premiere episode progressed, Beau opened up more about problems they’re facing.
“I just literally just feel like a 1950s housewife where I have my apron on and I’m cleaning everything while feeding the kids,” Beau told Stassi. “Sometimes that’s how I feel because we don’t have that connection all the time.”
