Vanderpump Rules alum Tom Sandoval, 44, has been involved in a slew of drama with his ex Victoria Lee Robinson, 34, since news broke in June that she was arrested for allegedly assaulting him.
As those following the story know, Tom filed for a restraining order. Victoria, in turn, accused him of abuse and ended up filing for her own restraining order.
Although her restraining order was denied, the pair have continued to go back and forth for some time.
Along the way, rumors popped up that she had moved on from Tom and was dating famous magician Criss Angel.
According to a new report from TMZ, Victoria and Criss are not dating and are simply friends.
A photo of the pair at a winery with a larger group surfaced a few days ago; however, insiders told the outlet nothing romantic is going on between the duo, despite how some people interpreted the picture. They insisted that Criss and Victoria share a friend group but have never been together one-on-one.
They also claimed that Victoria is not in a place mentally to date and is working on healing.
The news comes amid another report from TMZ claiming that Tom has an alleged video of Victoria abusing him.
In the report, it is revealed that Tom is planning to testify against Victoria. The outlet obtained court documents that noted Tom put security footage of a video that previously surfaced showing him allegedly pushing Victoria’s father into a fire pit on his exhibit list. He also listed a video from the same day he describes as depicting Victoria allegedly hitting him and one in which Victoria’s father is allegedly yelling.
Tom plans to introduce photos from the day of that alleged incident that he claims show scratches on his neck and ear as well as medical records related to that day.
He also plans to show photos from a different day he alleges show an injury to his face.
