Tom Sandoval made new allegations against his now-ex-girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, in a recent court filing.

After being granted a temporary restraining order against the 34-year-old model and her dad, Will Robinson, who were previously living with him at his Los Angeles home, at the end of June, the 43-year-old Vanderpump Rules alum recounted an alleged altercation in October 2025, during which he claimed Victoria kicked him in the groin and berated him.

In an August 3 declaration obtained by TMZ on August 4, Sandoval explained that after Victoria was booted from one of his Florida tour stops with his band, Tom Sandoval and the MOST Extras, she “kicked [him] repeatedly in the groin area while hurling expletives and insults toward [him] in the presence of [his] band mates, tour crew and fans.”

According to Sandoval, Victoria had “consumed drugs and alcohol to the point that venue security personnel had to physically carry her from the concert venue back to the tour bus” earlier in the night. And, when he finished his show and went to check on her, she went after him.

“She kicked my groin area with her legs and yelled insults such as ‘You have a tiny f*cking penis! F*ck you!'” he alleged.

Sandoval went on to claim that Victoria’s behavior had drawn concern from numerous venues who reportedly took note of her drug use backstage and accused her of sharing drugs with fans. He even revealed that his band manager and musical director “expressed that they wanted to ban her from continuing on the tour.”

Looking back on their years-long romance, Sandoval said Victoria caused him “distress and anxiety,” and left him “frazzled” and “anxious” ahead of his America’s Got Talent performance in August 2025 and told him he was “not a real man.”

As for why he stayed, Sandoval claimed Victoria “threatened to ruin [his] life if [he] left her,” suggesting that she would follow in the footsteps of his other ex-girlfriend, Ariana Madix, 41, who was flooded with opportunities after he cheated on her with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 31.

“[Victoria] repeatedly told me and others that she would destroy my life and ‘get the Ariana [Madix] treatment,’ referring to the public attention and career opportunities my former girlfriend received after our breakup,” he stated.

As Pump Rules fans may recall, Victoria attempted to obtain a temporary restraining order against Sandoval as well, but was denied the order pending an upcoming court hearing.
