Kenya Moore debuted a new look in Miami as she celebrated 75 years of Miss USA on a megayacht.
While joined by other former winners of the pageant and numerous celebrity guests, the 55-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta alum showcased a very different-looking face while posing on steps that read “She’s Iconic,” leaving her fans and followers asking questions about what she may have had done.
“My legacy will always be Iconic,” Kenya wrote in the caption of a series of photos on August 26.

Following the sharing of her post, Kenya was met with questions like, “Who is that,” and, “Is this Kenya?”
“I’m confused!” one person admitted.
“[Not gonna lie], I didn’t know who that was in the first pic. You look gorgeous though,” said someone else.
“Beautiful….but I have questions,” wrote a third.
Another IG user said, “Just tell me the [doctor] or what [she’s] taking.”
“Did someone change her face? What’s happening?” a different fan wondered.
Some fans also wondered if she had plastic surgery.
“Whoever did her face lift, lifted the f*ck out of her face,” someone alleged.
“Oh she got that face YANKED! It’s gone look real nice when it settles,” another agreed.
Some even compared Kenya to Kimora Lee, 51.
Others suspected that Kenya had used a filter for the images.
“Too filtered and airbrushed [Kenya],” one said, asking, “Do you think this really looks like you?”
“The pic has a filter or smthg which she doesn’t need at all,” another agreed.
However, in a video shared by someone else on Instagram, Kenya appeared to look the same as she did in the photos she shared, canceling out the idea of a potential filter.
