Don’t Be Tardy alum Kim Zolciak‘s 15-year-old son Kroy “KJ” Jagger Biermann has been going through it as of late.
As those following the story know, KJ was arrested after being accused of sexual battery. Along the way, he was also accused of having sex with an underage family member after videos were found on his phone.
Today, it was revealed that the police were called on one of Kim’s sons after they were accused of firing off a pellet gun in an attempt to scare horses.
In a police report TMZ obtained from July 14, 2026, it revealed police were called to the Equestrian Reserve, which is across the street from where Kim, 48, resides in Alpharetta, Georgia.
A woman who works at the ranch told law enforcement she thought one of Kim’s children had been firing off the pellets from a pellet gun. She noted she believed he was doing so from his home onto her property.
While she claimed she did not know of any people or horses that had been hit by one of the pellets, the employee shared she believed Kim’s son was doing so in an effort to scare the horses at their location.
While she was unable to give a detailed description of the child, their name remains redacted in the police report.
The officer who came out to the scene noted 20 to 30 pellets that they saw that were along the road next to the Equestrian Reserve.
This wasn’t the first issue the employee had with Kim’s kids, as she noted fireworks had been set off from their home before and, when asked about how they were acting, she said the kids were “verbally rude and uncooperative.”
Police ended up visiting Kim’s residence and, upon arriving, two boys answered the door. Only one of them was Kim’s son.
He ended up admitting to firing off the pellet gun but held steadfast that he was not trying to strike the horses or people.
As a result, the police did not arrest anyone over the ordeal, and there were no charges filed.
