Jesse Solomon just purchased a home in Los Angeles.
On Tuesday, the 33-year-old Summer House star shared the exciting news with his fans and followers, admitting that he’d always wanted to live in L.A., revealing plans for an in-home music studio, and confirming whether the buy meant that he would be leaving New York.
“I have something to tell you guys … I BOUGHT A HOUSE!!!” Jesse announced in the caption of an Instagram video on September 29. “I’m so excited for this new chapter, and as always, I’m so grateful for all of you. This wouldn’t be possible without your love and support.”
Along with his post was a clip of his pool, his guest house, and the kitchen of his main house.
Outside of the guest house is an in-ground pool, and in the modern kitchen is a large island with room for bar stools.
“Guys, I did a thing,” Jesse continued in the video. “I bought my dream house in L.A. I’m so excited about it. I’m so grateful I was able to do it, and I’m gonna show you guys the whole journey. I can’t wait to show you the house. I’m so grateful that I was able to buy this house. It’s like, honestly, a dream come true. I’m gonna turn the guest house into a music studio.”
Jesse’s new home features wood flooring, white walls, and recessed lighting throughout.
The living room features a fireplace while another area opens up to the outdoors with bar seating.
Jesse went on to tease his future plans for his home and confirm that he would not be moving to California full-time.
“I’m gonna take you along for the ride, so let me know if there’s any content you guys wanna see. We’re gonna learn how to interior design. We’re gonna end up in [Architectural Digest]. We’re gonna get handy, maybe fix a couple things around the house. So, I love you guys. I’m so grateful. I’ve always wanted to live in L.A. I think it’s gonna be great for my music. And don’t worry. I’m not leaving the East Coast. I’m still gonna be back and forth. But I think this is gonna be great, so I’m excited for you guys to come along and see the journey,” he shared.

Jesse’s announcement regarding his home comes just weeks after he seemingly hard-launched a romance with his new Summer House co-star, Jane Motion, 28. As fans may have seen, the couple was spotted together in Europe throughout September.
Summer House season 11 is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime later this year or early next year.
