Vanderpump Rules alum Tom Sandoval has had a messy split from his ex Victoria Lee Robinson.
While the two were not even engaged, when they broke up, a bitter war began that involved restraining orders and abuse allegations.
Now, in the latest development, Tom, 43, has been granted a restraining order against Victoria, 34, according to Page Six.
The outlet obtained court documents that detailed a judge in Los Angeles granted Tom’s request after he and Victoria have been going back and forth for months.
Both Tom and Victoria reportedly agreed to the restraining order and they waived a contested evidentiary hearing.
The order will be in effect until October 1st and, during that time, Victoria cannot contact Tom either directly or indirectly. This prohibits her from contacting Tom via the telephone, mail, email, or any other type of electronic communication.
She has also been ordered to remain at least 100 yards away from Tom and move out of his home in LA immediately.
During the time in which the restraining order is active, if Tom and Victoria attend the same event, she has to leave even if she got there first. If she refuses, Tom is allowed to call the police.
Finally, Victoria is unable to possess any firearms or ammunition.
The development comes fresh on the heels of Us Magazine reporting that Victoria’s lawyer, Cory Weck, who was also representing her father J. Will Robinson against Tom, filed to drop him as a client in his and Victoria’s restraining order battle against Tom.
Specifically, Cory filed a motion to be “relieved as counsel” for J. Will due to a breakdown in communication.
“I represent J. Will Robinson in a restraining order dispute with Thomas Sandoval arising from an incident on June 03, 2026 in Los Angeles, CA,” the declaration Cory filed this past Monday read. “There has been an irreparable breakdown in the attorney/client communications and I can no longer represent J. Will Robinson.”
He noted he had not been able to get J. Will’s consent to withdraw from his restraining order case against Tom even though he had tried contacting him several times.
It was said that Cory withdrawing as J. Will’s lawyer was to be discussed at yesterday’s hearing, where Tom was granted the restraining order against Victoria.
