Jessel Taank slammed Erin Lichy for spreading a rumor claiming her husband, Pavit Randhawa, was gay after the topic arose on Tuesday night’s episode of The Real Housewives of New York City.
After Sai De Silva, 45, alleged that Erin, 39, had shared the report with her and her makeup artist during BravoCon in 2025, suggesting that there was “proof” that Pavit, 46, was “gay and got caught” having oral sex with men at his gym, Jessel, 46, recalled Erin informing her of a rumor before blasting her for going public with it.
“I remember specifically Erin texting she had gone on [a] podcast and that’s when [the podcaster] had said, ‘By the way, there’s a blind item about someone on your cast. Do you want to know?’ Erin texted me and said, ‘Just an FYI, there’s a blind item about someone on the cast.’ She asked me if I wanted to know, and I said, ‘No, I did not,’” Jessel alleged on the October 13 episode of the RHONY: After Show.
She continued, “So I’m like, ‘Okay, well, thanks for the heads up. That’s really sweet of you, and I appreciate that you didn’t want to take it any further.’ But she did find out and has, since then, been spreading this rumor, unbeknownst to me, to God knows who.”
According to Jessel, the rumor “basically insinuates that Pavit is cheating on [her].”
“He’s doing public f*cking [oral sex]?” she asked. “I mean, he doesn’t even hold my hand in public, so that’s kind of crazy to assume. But that someone saw him and that it’s out there now … [Erin is] spreading that.”
After noting that she and Pavit share small children (five-year-old twin sons Kai Singh Randhawa and Rio Singh Randhawa), Jessel said that it felt “homophobic” for Erin to mention that the information could ruin her family.
“It comes across as extremely homophobic, may I just say, because the fact that she’s saying, ‘I know something that will ruin her family,’ and it’s this, that, and the other, I’m sorry, what? Like, if he was, hypothetically, gay, it would never ruin our family,” Jessel clarified. “Like, we would work through those steps to make sure that, God forbid, like, he felt secure and whatever.”
Continuing on, Jessel said that Erin was “f*cked up … [and] has zero morals” before adding that she may have planted the rumor herself.
“I did tell this to her face. But I was like, ‘I bet you submitted the blind item, you idiot.’ She f*cking probably planted that sh*t herself,” Jessel concluded.
