Last season on Real Housewives of Orange County, fans attacked Tamra for allegedly shaming Shannon Beador after her DUI and calling her an alcoholic. In the new season, fans also accused Tamra of outing Shannon’s father’s alleged problems with alcohol.
On a November 10 Instagram post, Tamra shared a message that purportedly came from a RHOC fan.
“I truly hope you have considerations of killing yourself,” the fan allegedly wrote to Tamra. “Please, do everyone a favor and never show up for the OC again. You’ve officially ruined the show with your toxicity and your inability to take responsibility for your actions. You wonder why your children don’t talk to you? Sweetie, you’re an embarrassment. So it all makes sense. Give up babe, you’re washed up and no plastic surgery will ever fix that. Your friends hate you babe, kill yourself.”
“Do us all a favor a read your hate comments. Otherwise, you’re ruining the entire housewife franchise. Do you honestly want that on your shoulders?” the message allegedly went on. “NO ONE WANTS YOUR P**SY A** ON THE SHOW, YOUVE NEVER TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIT, please if you need me to make the knife sharper, say less.”
Tamra’s screenshot of the message included the name of the woman who allegedly wrote it.
Tamra then wrote over the screenshot, “This is never OK. Sending messages telling someone to end their life should be illegal. It’s never this deep — it’s a reality show meant for entertainment. Being on TV doesn’t make me less human.”

Around the same time, Tamra shared a post from an addiction recovery organization called Allhealth Network Harmony Recovery.
“We are appalled to learn about a message sent to Tamra Judge of The Real Housewives of Orange County by an individual who appears to be connected to our organization,” wrote the company on Instagram. “The message contained language that encourages harm and hate and it in no way reflects who we are or what we stand for at Harmony Recovery and AllHealth Network.”
“There is never a circumstance in which telling someone to harm themselves is acceptable. Our work is rooted in compassion, empathy, and helping people through their most difficult moments. We are taking this situation extremely seriously and are reviewing it in alignment with our values and policies,” said the organization. “We want to be clear: kindness, respect, and compassion guide how we show up in our community both online and in person.”
