Lisa Hochstein shared a series of cryptic posts on her social media pages on Monday after it was revealed that her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, had been arrested, and that she, too, had been charged after allegedly spying on her ex-husband, Lenny Hochstein.
As information pertaining to Jody’s arrest and upcoming arraignment was confirmed, the 43-year-old Real Housewives of Miami star, who, along with Jody, 52, is facing one count of “interception of wire, oral or electronic communications” against Lenny, 59, in Miami-Dade County, hinted that the information was released as part of a master plan, potentially contrived by her former spouse.
In a post shared to her Instagram Story, Lisa featured a post from Lauren Napolitano, PsyD, titled “Strategic Timing.”
“He doesn’t release damaging information randomly … He times it for maximum destruction — before a court date, a career milestone, a custody hearing … The goal is to cause the most damage at the most vulnerable moment,” read a series of messages included in the post.

As RHOM fans may have seen, the charges Lisa and Jody are facing pertain to events from March 12 and March 31, 2023, around the time that Lisa was accused of planting a listening device on Lenny’s vehicle.
In another post shared by Lisa on Threads, she featured a series of messages from Aaron Lovins on Instagram.
“God saw what they did to you … The lies. The betrayal. The disrespect … And he’s not ignoring it,” the posts declared.

The Bravo Docket also posted about an arrest warrant being out for Lisa amid the criminal charges. According to the Instagram page, the warrant was issued on March 17, 2026, with the offense being listed as “Invasion of Privacy.”
Following this post, Lisa’s co-star, Guerdy Abraira, quickly came to Lisa’s defense as she seemingly threw some shade at Lisa’s ex, Lenny, in the comments of the Instagram post.
“WHAT ‘REAL’ MAN DOES THISSSSSS 🤷🏽♀️” asked Guerdy.

Meanwhile, in an April 13 post on X, it was revealed that charges had been filed against Jody on March 17 and that he was taken into custody on Sunday before being released later that day on $5,000 bond.
“Jody’s first hearing for his criminal charge is scheduled for 4/16 at 9:00 AM. The charge is listed as a felony per Miami-Dade County court records, and he’s set to eventually face a jury trial,” @Suttonsroller explained.

Following Monday’s reveal of the charges against Lisa and Jody, their legal counsel, which includes Jayne Weintraub, Frank Gaviria, and Howard Srebnick, shared a statement with Reality Blurb.
“This matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court,” they stated.
The Real Housewives of Miami is currently on pause ahead of its eighth season.
