Tamra Judge believes Shannon Beador is continuing to feud with her to remain in the good graces of fans.
While also suggesting that her Real Housewives of Orange County castmates rely on her for ratings, sharing her hopes for season 21, and confirming there was a reunion first at their recently taped special, Tamra, 59, named the reunion MVP and reflected on her ongoing drama with Shannon, 62.
“I didn’t murder anybody. I didn’t steal her husband. I didn’t do anything that was that bad,” Tamra began during an interview with Entertainment Tonight.
According to Tamra, she’s been trying to move forward with Shannon for “a few years” and “it’s just not working.”
“This year, I feel like she gave a little, and then pulled back, and then she gave a little, and I feel like she’s playing for the comments section of Instagram,” Tamra suspected. “Everyone’s like, ‘Don’t like Tamra. She’s horrible. Blah, blah, blah.’”
She then hinted that Shannon was a bit two-faced.
“She would call me, and we would talk for like, two hours, and we had these deep conversations, and we talked a little sh*t about people on the show, I’m not gonna lie, and then she, [the] next day, was on the press line [talking poorly about me], and then the next day, she’d be calling me, and then I’d see the interview like a week later, I’m like, ‘You were just talking to me,’” Tamra explained.
While Tamra didn’t always know what Shannon was saying about her behind her back, she hinted that she had words with her on-again, off-again friend at the reunion.
“It’s disgust at the reunion, and you’ll just have to see what happens,” she teased. “[But] I just want to move forward. It doesn’t make any sense to keep dwelling on the past. Like, the statute of limitations is up. Unless she has some new dirt on me, move on.”

Continuing on about the reunion, Tamra said, “It was a different feel.”
“I just thought, ‘You know what? I am going to maybe take a back seat a little bit and not be so vocal.’ I’m trying to understand what they want for me. But let me just tell you one thing: There was three cast members that came up to me and said, ‘When are you gonna do your thing? When you doing your thing?’ And I go, ‘What do you mean? I am doing my thing,'” she revealed, noting that the cast was “relying on [her] for ratings.”
As she looked ahead to RHOC season 21, Tamra said she was hopeful for a shakeup.
“I definitely think there needs to be a little bit of shake-up. I really do,” she stated. “I think me not being as activated as I normally am put eyes on other people, not saying that I carry the show on my back, but my back did hurt for many years.”
“I think that it kind of showed who’s working and who’s not,” she added.
Also speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Tamra confirmed a reunion first, although she didn’t say what it was.
“There was a first on this reunion — something that has never happened on any reunion, and yes, I am responsible,” she shared. “I woke up at 1 in the morning when I got home, and I had anxiety. I’m like, ‘What did I do? What did I do?’”
From there, Tamra reached out to executive producers Andy Cohen, 58, and Alex Baskin.
“I talked to Andy and Alex, and I said, ‘You’re not gonna show that right?’ And they said, ‘Oh yes, we are,’” she revealed.
Then, after naming Heather Dubrow, 57, as the MVP of the reunion, Tamra said that Vicki Gunvalson, 63, may not have gotten out what she needed to at the taping.
“Only because she didn’t say the right things. But that’s Vicki,” she reasoned.
“There was a first at this reunion…” 👀 I’m sitting down with @bricesander to talk about what’s still to come in #RHOC Season 20 and reflecting on how different filming felt this year: https://t.co/eAXNyWOTIo https://t.co/axZaGtvxUu
