Tyler Baltierra shared a post on Twitter on Monday night that caused concern among his fans and followers.
On the heels of Catelynn Lowell‘s rehab stint, the Teen Mom OG dad sparked rumors of possibly needing treatment himself when he shared the tweet seen below.
Tyler tweeted, “Laying in bed next to my peacefully sleeping wife. I can hear my daughter snoozing away through the monitor in her room. My dog is cuddled up on the floor next to me…& yet I feel so empty…so alone #TheCruelIronyOfLife.”
After his message was shared, Catelynn responded with a supportive message.
I am so sorry babe… I will do anything to help you… you are an amazing husband and father and are so caring, funny, and thoughtful… don't let life bring you down because you are one strong man… I love you so much

While Catelynn offered her support to Tyler through his struggles, many fans flooded her with backlash and suggested she was not giving him the attention he deserves.
“Don’t you two live in the same house? Can’t you say this face to face instead of on social media?” one person asked.
“He’s sleeping so [get the f**k out],” Catelynn fired back.
“It’s time for Tyler to go and get help. Marriage is GIVE and take,” another one of Tyler’s followers wrote. “He needs a mental break from you.”
“And he can have that! Y’all are so ignorant,” she replied.
As fans well know, Tyler has been holding down the fort at home with his daughter Novalee in recent months as Catelynn attempts to get her mental health back on track following a miscarriage at the end of last year.
After Catelynn’s miscarriage, the longtime reality star checked herself into rehab for suicidal thoughts. A short time later, Tyler admitted on Instagram that it wasn’t always easy acting as a single father while his wife was away.
“Sometimes, you just don’t even really know what to say to your children,” he said. “I don’t ever cry in front of Nova or anything. I don’t want her to feel any of that. You have good days, and then you have bad days. And today is just a bad day.”
Since Catelynn first entered treatment last November, she’s been in an out of an Arizona facility.
