The announcement came after host Andy Cohen jokingly asked Kenya, “Any word of a baby Twirl?” She responded, “Well, he or she wouldn’t be named Twirl, for sure. That’s my dog’s name. But, yes.”
“We will definitely be welcoming a boy or girl in late this year,” added Kenya, much to the surprise of her castmates.
Andy appeared shocked as well, before going on to ask Kenya how many months along she was. Kenya was however short on details.
“Well, I don’t wanna talk about the details because I’m just still very nervous about everything, and so I just wanna get past a safe place,” said Kenya.
Asked if she wanted a boy or a girl, Kenya stated that she simply wanted “a healthy baby.”
Kenya and Marc were sported last November in the Caribbean at the Barbados Fertility Centre getting IVF treatments.
Congrats to Kenya and Marc! This news comes just 10 months after the couple surprised everyone by getting married on a beach in St. Lucia following six months of dating. They were introduced by a fellow Bravolebrity – Chef Roble Ali.
While this is Kenya’s first child, Marc does have a son from a previous relationship.
