RHONY's LuAnn De Lesseps Is Being Sued By Her Kids & Ex-Husband

The Real Housewives of New York City star LuAnn de Lesseps is currently being sued by her ex-husband, Count Alexandre de Lesseps, and her two children, as she’s essentially being accused of stealing from her kids.

Just over a week after the RHONY star reunited with her former husband at a party in The Hamptons, the Count and their two children, Noel de Lesseps and Victoria de Lesseps, have filed a lawsuit against her, claiming she has mismanaged their trust by violating a divorce deal they signed nearly a decade ago.

According to Page Six, during Luann and the Count’s 2009 divorce, following their 16-year marriage, Luann was awarded the couple’s Bridgehampton home under a deal that required her to create a trust that would award Noel and Victoria with half of the home.

Instead, Luann failed to create the trust and sold the Bridgehampton home for $8 million in 2014. She then purchased a $3.1 million property in Sag Harbor.

Years later, LuAnn is now trying to sell the home so that she can buy herself a new home in upstate New York — and has “threatened” not to allow her kids to have their cut of the profit.

In addition to requesting the court declare that LuAnn has breached the terms of her divorce, the Count and their children are requesting the sale of the Sag Harbor home be blocked.

On July 2, LuAnn took to her Instagram page while spending time in The Hamptons and declared that she and her former husband had the “greatest reunion ever.”

“Greatest reunion ever! Wonderful to spend the weekend with the kids and The Count. Also counting my blessings! Celebrating 6 months of sobriety! Happy 4th of July, everyone!” she wrote in the caption of the photo below.

LuAnn has not yet addressed the case against her.

The Real Housewives of New York City airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo TV.
