RHOBH's Dorit and PK Kemsley Relist Home for $8.75 Million After $4 Million Price Cut, No Longer Working With Mauricio Umansky

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley and her husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley, just relisted their Beverly Hills mansion for $8.75 million after cutting $4 million off the price — and that’s not all.

According to the new listing for the home, the RHOBH couple is no longer working with Kyle Richards‘ husband, Mauricio Umansky, who was confirmed as their agent on the previous listing.

While Mauricio was working with Dorit and PK when they opted for their first price cut, which took their $12.75 million listing to $10.95 million, they are now represented by Myra Nourmand and Pate Stevens of Nourmand & Associates, who just relisted their 8679-sq-ft home for $8.745 million.

The new listing went live on September 26, and MLS records show Mauricio’s listing was taken off the market on August 22. In the listing, Dorit and PK’s 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home is described as a contemporary-Mediterranean style estate overlooking the Los Angeles skyline, as well as the Pacific Ocean.

It is currently unclear whether or not Dorit and PK actually fired Mauricio from their listing, or if it was his decision to move on from the partnership.

It was reported just last month that a judge ruled that a Las Vegas casino could start garnishing PK’s wages after they successfully sued him over a $2 million gambling debt.

The home also boasts plenty of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills history, including birthday celebrations and even a couple of cast feuds.

After their first price cut, PK spoke to Page Six about why he and Dorit were ready to move on.

“The price was lowered to get it sold,” he explained. “We are very keen to move. We want a less vertical house with more of a back yard. The kids are running around everywhere and we have a lot of stairs, so we want to swap stairs for grass!”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills returns to Bravo TV later this year for season nine.
