Porsha Williams is slamming her former friend Kandi Burruss as being “miserable” and “obsessed” with her and her new beau Dennis McKinley, following the latest episode of the 11th season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
During an appearance on Sunday night’s Watch What Happens Live, Porsha, who helped spread a nasty lie about Kandi and her husband, Todd Tucker, supposedly planning to sexually assault her two seasons ago, took issue with Kandi’s shady comments about her fiance Dennis being a player and a cheater.
“Watching tonight’s episode, I just thought that Kandi just came off hateful and miserable,” Porsha revealed to host Andy Cohen. “I didn’t really know that this was even coming. Mind you, we were like cool, talking on the phone, and then she turned around and pulled up my ex-assistant like Phaedra did with her ex-assistant.”
During Sunday’s show, Kandi was seen speaking to Porsha’s former assistant Jami about Dennis, who Porsha is expecting a baby girl with, and during their conversation, Jami revealed one of her friends had dated him for two-and-a-half or three years. Right away, Kandi expressed her suspicions as she revealed that she too knew people who supposedly dated Dennis around that time.
Oddly, just before Kandi’s conversation about Dennis, she and Porsha were seen FaceTiming one another and things appeared to be just fine between them. Months later, however, Porsha told Andy that their seemingly friendly chat was actually “drier than [Kandi’s] personality.”
“We’re not friends,” she added.
Later on the Watch What Happens Live after-show, a caller phoned in to ask Porsha about Kandi’s comments about Dennis.
“Why does it seem that Kandi is always the one that has the dirt on the men that come on the show every season?” the person asked.
“You know, I don’t know,” Porsha replied. “I haven’t really paid attention to what she does to other people, I just found it a little odd that she was doing it to me being that we’re supposed to be doing better. So, I don’t know. Everybody finds dirt on somebody’s man on the show, I just feel like she just went very far to bring out the dirt on Dennis. She’s a little bit obsessed with us.”
As for Kandi, she fired back at Porsha on Twitter on Sunday night, but ultimately deleted her post after realizing she was tweeting to a fake Porsha account.
“You so mad @PorshaWilliams… Don’t check me. check your man. Meanwhile I’m counting checks at the new OLG!” wrote Kandi in the now deleted tweet! A screenshot is below.
