Tommy Feight has pleaded not guilty to trespassing and vandalism charges months after being caught on camera trashing the home of his Shahs of Sunset co-stars, Reza Farahan and Adam Neely.
According to a new report, Tommy, the husband of cast member Mercedes “MJ” Javid, recently entered his plea. On Friday, his attorney appeared in court to address the temporary restraining order Reza filed against him following the May 19 incident.
On July 26, The Blast revealed that while Reza did attend the hearing on Friday, the judge chose to continue the case until October 25. The judge also said the restraining order currently in place would stay in place until their next court date.
As fans may recall, Reza initially filed his request for a restraining order in May after MJ’s husband reportedly called him and “threatened [his] life by phone” before vandalizing the home he shares with Adam. According to his report, Reza and Adam watched on their security camera as Tommy vandalized their backyard after a feud stemming from MJ’s reported efforts to get back on Shahs of Sunset following an alleged firing.
Reza said that after MJ was allegedly let go from her full-time role on the series, she spread a nasty rumor about his husband, Adam. She allegedly suggested that Adam had not only cheated on Reza, but also sexually harassed another man. Following the false narrative, Reza said he blocked MJ on social media, which prompted her to campaign against him.
Then, in response to MJ’s alleged smear campaign against Reza, Reza shared text messages sent back and forth between them in an effort to establish a timeline for their feud. However, because one of those messages revealed personal medical information regarding the time MJ spent in the hospital after the complicated birth of her son, Tommy became quite upset and allegedly made threats against Reza.
Although Reza called the police as soon as he and Adam witnessed Tommy on their security camera, Tommy left their residence before the cops arrived.
During Tommy’s rampage, he destroyed several potted plants with what appeared to be a baseball bat.
A pre-trial hearing has been set for next month.
